Privacy Policy

Sudokufeud · Last updated: 23 October 2026

This privacy policy explains how The Coding Cookie ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you play Sudokufeud (the "app") on Android or iOS. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Who is responsible

The Coding Cookie, Denmark, is the data controller for the app. Contact: thecodingcookie@gmail.com

2. Information we collect

3. How we use the information

Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our agreement with you (running the game and delivering purchases), our legitimate interest (security, improving the game) and your consent (personalised ads).

4. Services we use

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the app:

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Ads and your consent

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy in the app. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised ads. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Buying "No Ads" removes ads from the game.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we must keep purchase records by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to object to or restrict its use. To delete your account or make any request, email thecodingcookie@gmail.com with your username. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

8. Children

Sudokufeud is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security and transfers

Data is encrypted in transit. Some of our service providers may process data outside the EU; in that case they use safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date at the top.
